Philadelphia -- Visit a typical NFL stadium concession stand these days and you're likely to notice that amid the greasy meat burgers and high-fat hot dogs is a growing number of delicious and healthy meatless options. So with the 2011 pro football season hitting the midway mark, it's time for PETA's fourth annual ranking of the most vegetarian-friendly stadiums in the NFL, and the Philadelphia Eagles' Lincoln Financial Field has grabbed the number one spot for the second year in a row.

Returning to this year's roster of meatless meals and snacks are veggie dogs, two kinds of veggie burgers (one made from black beans and one made from vegetables), "meaty" mock steak and "chicken-steak" sandwiches, hummus and pita chips, a vegetable platter, and more. Newcomers include the superb seitan (made from plant protein) brisket and the grilled vegetable hoagie available in the premium dining areas. A vegetable wrap, which was offered only in the premium areas last year, is now available at concession stands.

"Lincoln Financial has put together a 'dream team' of tasty, healthy vegetarian options for Eagles fans," says PETA Associate Director Chris Holbein. "The best way to improve your health, help animals, and protect the environment is to throw the flag on meat and enjoy energy-boosting vegetarian fare."

Second place goes to the Oakland Raiders' O.co Stadium—also for the second straight year. The Raiders faithful can choose from veggie dogs and burgers, vegetarian burritos, and a delicious vegetarian burrito bowl at the concession stands and chipotle black-bean burgers, grilled portobello mushroom sandwiches, hummus, salads, crudités, and fresh fruit in the premium dining areas. Rounding out the top five winners are Lambeau Field (Green Bay Packers), Gillette Stadium (New England Patriots), and Georgia Dome (Atlanta Falcons). The stadiums that each received an honorable mention are Qualcomm Stadium (San Diego Chargers), CenturyLink Field (Seattle Seahawks), and Ford Field (Detroit Lions).
