Miami -- Telemundo host Natalia Villaveces will unveil her new pro-vegetarian ad for PETA in Miami Beach. In the ad, Villaveces appears in a gown made of lettuce, cucumber, and kiwi next to the words "Let Vegetarianism Grow on You."
When: Thursday, July 14, 12 noon
Where: Intersection of Ocean Drive and Eighth Street, Miami Beach
The Nitido host credits PETA's "Meet Your Meat" video with prompting her decision to go vegetarian. "Once I made that connection between loving an animal and eating an animal is when things click[ed] in my brain," she explains in an exclusive PETA interview.
Villaveces joins a growing list of celebrities—including Alicia Silverstone, Vida Guerra, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Patricia De León, Alyssa Milano, Pamela Anderson, and many others—who have joined with PETA to help show people that going vegetarian is the best thing that they can do for their health, the planet, and animals.
